Born and raised in Rome (with half my heart belonging to Sardinia), I’m utterly obsessed the Eternal City and its incredible flavors.
A dedicated foodie with a passion for wine, I’d much rather explore on foot than brave Rome’s traffic.
My greatest joy is sharing a taste of all this wonder with my guests, leaving them with a little piece of this magical city their hearts.
