Along the way, you’ll learn about Rome’s rich culinary history, gain insider tips on how to find authentic eateries and avoid tourist traps, and even get a glimpse into how some of Rome’s iconic dishes are prepared. Come very hungry—this is a feast! What to Expect : We begin with an aperitivo (a pre-dinner tipple) before tasting our way through the neighborhood, stopping for Rome’s best wood-fired pizza, dining at Testaccio’s most sought-after trattoria, and finishing with a sweet treat at one of the city's most acclaimed gelato shops.
